基于时空效应下的巷道掘进围岩变形与多次支护技术

为解决目前王坪煤业巷道掘进工作面支护时间长、掘进效率低的问题,首先以传统巷道支护为基础,对巷道围岩变形特性以及围岩开挖面时空效应进行理论研究,提出多次支护技术,从理论研究以及工艺流程分析的角度对多次支护技术进行研究,最后通过试验对比,多次支护方案与原有方案在保证巷道安全稳定的前提下,月掘进量提升26.3%,实现了快速掘进的目标.
Surrounding Rock Deformation and Multiple Support Technologies in Tunnel Excavation Based on Spatiotemporal Effects
To solve the problems of long support time and low excavation efficiency in the current Wangping Coal Industry roadway excavation working face,firstly,based on traditional roadway support,theoretical research was conducted on the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock and the spatiotemporal effects of the excavation face of the surrounding rock.Multiple support technologies were proposed,and studied from the perspectives of theoretical research and process analysis.Finally,through experimental comparison,the multiple support schemes increased the monthly excavation volume by 26.3%compared to the original scheme while ensuring the safety and stability of the roadway,achieving the goal of rapid excavation.
