为保护采煤机摇臂齿轮系统,提高采煤机柔性轴使用寿命,避免其频繁损坏,采用有限元方法对圆弧结构卸荷槽和U型结构卸荷槽两种柔性轴的应力分布进行分析,圆弧结构更加适合柔性轴卸荷槽结构.此外采用控制变量法研究不同半径以及不同扭矩下柔性轴的应力分布情况以及变化规律,研究发现半径越小卸荷槽位置处应力集中现象越明显,并且随着扭矩增加,卸荷槽半径越小,其应力增长速度越快.最终通过分析确定最佳设计参数并为柔性轴设计提供指导性意见.
Design and Optimization Analysis of Flexible Shaft of Coal Winning Machine
In order to protect the rocker gear system of the coal winning machine,improve the service life of the flexible shaft of the coal winning machine,and avoid its frequent damage,the stress distribution of the two flexible shafts of the arc structure unloading groove and the U-shaped unloading groove was analyzed by using the finite element method,and the arc structure was more suitable for the flexible shaft unloading groove structure.In addition,the control variable method was used to study the stress distribution and change law of the flexible shaft under different radius and different torques,and it was found that the smaller the radius was,the more obvious the stress concentration phenomenon at the position of the unloading groove was,and with the increase of torque was,the smaller the radius of the unloading groove was,the faster the stress growth rate was,and finally determined the optimal design parameters and provided guiding opinions for the design of the flexible shaft.
