智能化连续长距离注浆系统的研制及现场实践

针对煤层顶板加固传统注浆系统效率低、安全性差、配比不均、跑浆漏浆不能及时补充调整等问题,研制了一种智能化连续长距离注浆系统,主要包括制浆系统、压降系统、管路系统、PLC控制系统等.该系统旨在实现自动上料,精准控制浆液配比,实时监控注浆参数,提高注浆效率,并在实验室调试及现场工业性试验.现场应用表明:系统能够实现精确捕捉与输出指令,确保各关联设备协同作业,及时响应和精确执行;浆液的配比精度高,系统整体的可靠性强,注浆量与理论值基本吻合,效率高、安全、可靠.
Development and On-site Practice of an Intelligent Continuous Long-distance Grouting System
A smart continuous long-distance grouting system has been developed to address the issues of low efficiency,poor safety,uneven mixing ratio,and inability to timely supplement and adjust slurry leakage in traditional grouting systems for coal seam roof reinforcement.The system mainly includes a slurry making system,pressure drop system,pipeline system,PLC control system,etc.The aim is to achieve automatic feeding,precise control of slurry mixing ratio,real-time monitoring of grouting parameters,and improvement of grouting efficiency.The system has been tested in the laboratory and on-site industrial trials.On-site applications showed that the system could achieve precise capture and output of instructions,ensuring collaborative operation of various associated devices,timely response,and precise execution.The ratio accuracy of the slurry is high,the overall reliability of the system is strong,the grouting amount is basically consistent with the theoretical value,and the efficiency is high,safe and reliable.
