Analysis and Application of Optimized Support for Roadway Based on FLAC3D Numerical Simulation
Under the action of mining pressure,the+1 300 meters horizontal west wing track roadway of Huacaotan Coal Mine underwent severe deformation,with significant mining pressure,which had an impact on the use of the roadway.To ensure the economic rationality of the tunnel support scheme,it is necessary to optimize the design of its support method.Taking the Huacaotan coal mine+1 300 meters horizontal west wing track roadway as the engineering background,FLAC3D numerical simulation was used to simulate the surrounding rock displacement under different anchor rod spacing,anchor rod spacing,anchor cable spacing,and anchor rod diameter conditions.The most economical and safe support scheme was analyzed and selected.The determined support scheme was applied in industrial practice for development,the deformation data of the+1 300 meters horizontal west wing track roadway after development was monitored and analyzed.The results showed that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway was significantly reduced after optimizing the support,achieving the expected requirements for surrounding rock control.
