Design and Testing of a New Rectifier for Coal Winning Machines
The conventional PWM rectifier front stage LCL has a large volume and high DC side capacitance, making it unsuitable for airborne high-power density rectifier applications.Under the electric state of the six pulse control rectifier, energy only flows through the internal diode of the IGBT,resulting in low output voltage and high harmonic content. The line loss and load diversity caused by long-distance power supply result in significant pollution of the power grid supplied to the mining rectifier. To prevent inverter overturning during feedback, the rectifier needs to be quickly phase-locked.A new type of rectifier based on DSOGI-PLL phase-locked loop and improved six beat frequency rectification was proposed to address a series of problems in traditional rectifier applications. In the electric state, the IGBT groove conducts at the zero crossing point and the body diode simultaneously at the six beat frequency. In order to verify the above analysis, testing experiments were conducted in the article, and the experimental results verified the feasibility of the control strategy.
