为了解决目前在晋能控股王坪煤业巷道成形过程中出现巷道成形质量差的问题,以欠挖、过挖现象为代表,王坪煤业牵头对掘进机自动截割成形控制进行研究,以掘进机截割系统为研究对象,从系统原理入手,通过对自动截割成形控制方案包括控制流程、工艺路径、刷帮方案等的分析,对其进行仿真,经对比采用新的截割路径以及刷帮方案,巷道断面成形质量较好.
Simulation of Automatic Cutting and Forming Control for the Cutting Head of the Cantilever Tunneling Boring Machine
In order to solve the problem of poor tunnel forming quality in the current tunnel forming process of Jinneng Holdings Wangping Coal Industry,represented by under excavation and over excavation phenomena,Wangping Coal Industry takes the lead in researching the automatic cutting and forming control of tunneling boring machines.Starting from the system principle,the automatic cutting and forming control scheme,including control process,process path,and brushing scheme,was analyzed and simulated.After comparison,new cutting paths and brushing schemes were adopted,and the quality of tunnel section forming was good.
