Application of Temporary Support Brackets in the Comprehensive Mining Face of Wangping Coal Industry
To solve the problems of low excavation efficiency and large proportion of support time in Wangping Coal Industry's excavation working face,based on this,the working conditions of 2101 roadway and existing roadway support were analyzed.The feasibility and key structure of temporary support brackets were designed and analyzed,and combined with the actual situation of 2101 roadway,key structural parameters were determined.Finally,through on-site verification,the excavation efficiency of the existing support methods and temporary support methods was compared.After calculation,the excavation speed of the roadway is increased by 45%after using temporary support brackets,achieving the goal of rapid excavation,cost savings,and improved efficiency.
