Design and Application of Fire Intelligent Analysis and Early Warning System in Goaf
Continuous monitoring and analysis of fire characteristics in goaf has always been a key and difficult point in the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in working faces. The existing monitoring methods mainly rely on bundle tube and fiber optic temperature measurement for separate monitoring, with a single form and a lack of comprehensive and effective monitoring systems.Based on fiber optic temperature measurement and bundle tube monitoring,a set of intelligent analysis and early warning systems for goaf fires was formed by integrating external fire and linkage control to address this issue. The system includes various data models such as three-dimensional display of temperature changes, hazard discrimination of explosion triangles, and hazard trend analysis of explosion quadrilaterals. The characteristics of natural oxidation and heating stages of coal seams were analyzed one by one,and the warning and alarm of each link was ensured that are reasonable and reliable. On site data showed that the temperature change curve of the goaf in a certain mining area was highly consistent with the distribution of the three zones of spontaneous combustion. The maximum temperature distribution in the goaf is in the oxidation rising zone on the return air side, with a maximum temperature of 34.5 ℃.The composition of the mixed gas in the goaf has not reached the explosive conditions, and there is no trend towards the development of explosive hazards.
