充填工作面传感检测单一、充填过程复杂,带来的充填开采工作面自动化控制效果差、人工操作频繁的难题.针对这一问题,通过在电液控制系统中接入多元化传感器,提供控制算法判断依据,提出了充填压实装置和放料窗口装置的自动协同控制,设计了综采矸石自动充填压实工艺控制系统,实现了矸石充填过程的自动控制.准确实现不同角度控制,避免与天窗碰撞,很大程度上提高了压实机构的精确性和有效性,为充填工作面智能化控制提供了一种控制工艺方法.
Automatic Filling and Compaction Control Process and Application Based on Multi-data Fusion
In response to the challenges of single sensor detection and complex filling process in the filling mining face,such as poor automation control effect and frequent manual operations.To address this issue,diversified sensors were integrated into the electro-hydraulic control system to provide a basis for control algorithm judgment.An automatic collaborative control of the filling and compaction device and the discharge window device was proposed,and a comprehensive mining gangue automatic filling and compaction process control system was designed to achieve automatic control of the gangue filling process.Accurately achieving different angle control and avoiding collision with the skylight greatly improves the accuracy and effectiveness of the compaction mechanism,providing a control process method for intelligent control of the filling working face.
