针对煤矿智能化生产对装备提出高效要求,设计一种采煤机智能检测控制系统,系统由控制模块、智能检测模块、操控模块、UI模块和数据治理模块组成.借鉴当前煤机智能化发展的技术思路,以智能化的手段,结合大数据快速分析能力,将采煤机控制参数和状态参数融合到采煤机维修检测过程中,根据参数变化的情况,自主决策维修检测方案,实现采煤机通信协议自识别转换功能、采煤机全数据采集功能、大数据分析功能、采煤机控制功能、检测自主决策、智能分析功能等.将智能化、信息化技术引入到采煤机的日常维修检测中,提升了作业效率.
Design of Intelligent Detection and Control System for Coal Winning Machine
A coal winning machine intelligent detection and control system was designed to meet the efficient requirements of intelligent production in coal mines.The system consists of a control module,an intelligent detection module,a control module,a UI module,and a data governance module.Drawing on the technological ideas of the current intelligent development of coal winning machines,using intelligent means and combined with the ability to quickly analyze big data,the control parameters and status parameters of the coal winning machine were integrated into the maintenance and testing process of the coal winning machine.Based on the changes in parameters,the maintenance and testing plan was autonomously decided,and the coal winning machine communication protocol self recognition and conversion function,coal winning machine full data collection function,big data analysis function,coal winning machine control function,detection autonomous decision-making,intelligent analysis function,etc.were realized.Intelligent and information technology were introduced into the daily maintenance and inspection of coal winning machines improved operational efficiency.
