矿用模块化组合式永磁驱动滚筒的研制与应用

通过对行星齿轮传动机构、永磁同步电动机与滚筒进行集成的研究,成功研制出一种新型带式输送机驱动方式-矿用模块化组合式永磁驱动滚筒,其具有低速大扭矩、高效率和高可靠性、单双驱灵活切换等优点,解决了传统驱动方式系统复杂、维护量大、效率低、能耗高等问题,避免了永磁电动机直驱方式随着功率及转矩的增大其体积和价格明显增加的弊端,突破了大功率(>315 kW)外转子永磁驱动滚筒煤矿井下应用的局限,提升了带式输送机整机性能.目前,400 kW矿用模块化组合式永磁驱动滚筒已经在煤矿井下得到应用,运行效果良好.
Research and Application on Mining Modular Combined Permanent Magnet Drive Drum
Through the integration of planetary gear transmission mechanism,permanent magnet synchronous motor and drum,a new type of belt conveyor drive method-modular combination permanent magnet drive drum for mining has been successfully developed.It has the advantages of low speed,high torque,high efficiency and reliability,and flexible switching between single and double drives.It solves the problems of complex system,large maintenance,low efficiency,and high energy consumption in traditional drive methods,avoids the drawbacks of the direct drive method of permanent magnet motor,which significantly increases in volume and price with the increase of power and torque,breaks through the limitations of high-power(>315 kW)external rotor permanent magnet drive drum in underground coal mines,and improves the overall performance of belt conveyors.At present,the 400 kW modular combined permanent magnet drive drum for mining has been applied underground in coal mines with good operating results.
