The common manifestations and causes of height adjustment faults were analyzed,a method was provided for quickly identifying height adjustment cylinder faults,typical fault points and damage causes of the cylinder were pointed out,and corresponding solutions were proposed from the aspects of structural design,manufacturing process and maintenance,providing guidance for the reliable operation of height adjustment cylinders and systems.
