At present,manual adjustment of the air gap is used to test the suction characteristics of intrinsically safe mining electromagnets,which cannot automatically complete the full stroke force displacement test.Only by tracing points can the force displacement characteristic curve with poor accuracy be generated.By using an electric cylinder to adjust the air gap,the force displacement characteristics of the electromagnet throughout its full stroke were tested,and hysteresis curves were automatically generated.The automatic zero finding method using force feedback and electric cylinder variable speed in the testing program not only protects the force sensor but also improves efficiency.Finally,using the test results to establish a neural network model for mining intrinsic safety electromagnets can help predict performance after parameter optimization,effectively improving the research and development efficiency of mining intrinsic safety electromagnets.
