摘要
钻探过程中,随钻实时测量近钻头工程参数是动态调控钻探工艺的重要依据.针对钻探过程中各项工程参数测量的需要,设计了 一套井下工程参数随钻测量系统.通过室内模拟试验环境对随钻测量系统进行了试验测试,结果表明,该系统能够测量井下温度、压力、扭矩、轴压及振动等工程参数,且测量误差较小,满足实际钻探项目的需求.
Abstract
During the drilling process,real-time measurement of engineering parameters near the drill bit while drilling is an important basis for dynamic control of the drilling process.A set of downhole engineering parameters measurement system while drilling was designed to meet the needs of various engineering parameters measurement in the drilling process.The measurement while drilling system was tested experimentally in an indoor simulation test environment,and the results showed that the system could measure engineering parameters such as downhole temperature,pressure,torque,axial pressure and vibration,the measurement error was small,and meet the needs of actual drilling projects.
