摘要

密封的可靠性是液压支架立柱安全可靠的关键因素之一,防止密封失效至关重要.密封失效中防尘圈占比很大,主要是防尘圈被带出沟槽或者在侧载工况下防尘圈唇口张开,灰尘、煤尘进入导向套,位于防尘圈内侧的杆封被灰尘、煤尘划伤破坏失效.通过对防尘圈材料、结构分析研究,提高其稳定性,增强防尘效果.

Abstract

The reliability of seal is one of the key factors for the safety and reliability of hydraulic support,and it is very important to prevent seal failure.The wiper-ring takes up a large proportion in the failure of seal,mainly because the wiper-ring is taken out of the groove or the lip of the wiper-ring is opened under the condition of side load,and the dust and coal dust enter the guide sleeve,the rod seal located in the inner side of the wiper-ring is damaged by dust and coal dust.Through the analysis and research of the material and structure of the wiper-ring,the stability of the wiper-ring is improved and the dustproof effect is enhanced.
