针对掘进工作面运输系统智能化不足的现状,设计了一种运输系统远程集中控制系统.该系统融合多传感器技术,实时采集各运输设备的关键运行参数,为远程集中控制提供数据基础.通过构建无线数据通信网络,将各运输系统数据传输至远程集控中心.通过设计远程集控中心监控软件,展示运输系统实时状态画面,为远程集中控制功能提供数据支撑.现场试验表明,该系统显著增强了掘进工作面运输系统的作业稳定性与智能化水平,提高了煤矿运输的安全性与效率.
Design and Application of Remote Centralized Control System for Exvavation Face Transportation System
In response to the current situation of insufficient intelligence in the transportation system of the excavation face,designed a remote centralized control system for the transportation system.This system integrates multi-sensor technology to real-time collect key operating parameters of various transportation equipment,providing a data foundation for remote centralized control.By building a wireless data communication network,data from various transportation systems can be transmitted to a remote control center.By designing remote control center monitoring software,real-time display of transportation system status images is achieved to provide data support for remote centralized control functions.Field tests show that this system significantly enhances the operational stability and intelligence level of the excavation face transportation system,and improves the safety and efficiency of coal mine transportation.
