摘要
为测试矿用本安型控制器的防水性能,设计了一种旋转喷淋和浸泡测试于一体的平台.平台上部为最大压力可达10 MPa的旋转喷淋系统,平台下部为最大水深可达1.1 m的浸泡系统,测试过程中可实时监控本安型控制器的运行性能.实践证明,该平台为本安型产品防水性能在线实时测试提供了一种新的方法,有效提升了产品的测试效能.
Abstract
A platform integrating rotary spray and immersion testing was designed to test the waterproof performance of mining intrinsic safety controller.The upper part of the platform features a rotary spray system capable of reaching a maximum pressure of 10 MPa,while the lower part is equipped with an immersion system capable of reaching a maximum water depth of 1.1 m.During the testing process,the operational performance of the intrinsic safety controller can be monitored in real time.Through practical application,it has been demonstrated that this platform provides a novel method for real-time online testing of the waterproof performance of intrinsic safety products,effectively enhancing testing efficiency.
