摘要

介绍了巷道架棚设备所用的高空作业机构的结构及其在使用过程中的受力状态,通过对 2种工况的静力学分析得出了高空作业机构最恶劣的受力状态.最后对四级伸缩机械臂做了8 阶模态分析,验证了四级伸缩机械臂不会与整机发生共振现象,为整机结构设计提供了部分理论基础.

Abstract

Introduced the structure of the high-altitude operation mechanism used for roadway shed equipment and its stress state during use.Through static analysis of two working conditions,the worst stress state of the high-altitude operation mechanism was determined.Finally,eight order modal analysises were conducted on the four stage telescopic mechanical arm to verify that it does not resonate with the entire machine,providing a partial theoretical basis for the design of the entire machine structure.
