Design of Mine Intelligent Ventilation Monitoring System Based on Ventilation Network Solution
Aiming at the problems of imbalanced air supply and demand,high ventilation energy consumption,and bad controllability in traditional ventilation systems,a set of mine intelligent ventilation monitoring system was proposed based on mine ventilation theory and ventilation network calculation technology.This system reads environmental parameters from intelligent sensing devices through underground monitoring substations,and uploads the data to the ground remote monitoring center through Ethernet communication protocol.It provides data terminal display in the user interface,realizing real-time monitoring,remote control,fault warning and intelligent decision-making of mine ventilation.This system uses the Cross iteration method to calculate the air volume of the ventilation network,calculate the adjustable air volume of each branch of the mine,optimize the air volume of the ventilation network,and output the optimal air volume adjustment plan.Application testing has shown that this system can intelligently select air conditioning strategies to meet the actual ventilation needs of different branches,improve the safety and reliability of the mine ventilation system,and provide effective solutions for intelligent management of mine ventilation.
