径向柱塞马达受力分析与试验研究

锚杆支护水平制约着巷道掘进速度和安全性.钻架是用于锚杆支护的核心部件,锚护动作是由安装在钻架上的钻箱和锚箱来完成的.要达到井下使用要求,马达性能的好坏对于钻箱和锚箱的影响很大.锚杆支护工况需要钻箱具有低速运转平稳、传递扭矩大等特点,基于实际使用需求对马达做重点研究.重点对径向柱塞马达进行受力分析,推导了马达各个性能参数,并进行了仿真分析.最后对钻箱马达进行性能测试,评价在不同转速的情况下马达所能达到的扭矩和流量.
Force Analysis and Experimental Study of Radial Piston Motor
The level of anchor rod support restricts the speed and safety of roadway excavation.The drilling frame is the core component for the anchor rod support,and that anchoring actions are completed by the drilling box and anchor box installed on the drilling frame.To meet the requirements for underground use,the performance of the motor has a great impact on the drilling box and anchor box.The working condition of anchor rod support requires the drilling box to have the characteristics of low-speed smooth operation and large torque transmission.Based on actual usage needs,the motor was focused on research.Focuse on the force analysis of the radial piston motor,derived various performance parameters of the motor,and conducted simulation analysis.Finally,the performance of the drilling box motor was tested to evaluate the torque and flow rate that the motor can achieve at different speeds.
