Research on Spark Discharge of Motor Bearing in Explosive Environment
Explosion-proof motor play an important role in industrial production,however,bearing spark discharge issues may have a significant impact on their safe operation and performance.Firstly,the working principle and importance of explosion-proof motor were explained,and then the mechanism of bearing spark discharge was analyzed in depth,including the effects of factors such as friction and electrical corrosion.Through the study of practical cases and analysis of experimental data,the hazards of bearing spark discharge on the performance and reliability of electric motor were explored,such as reducing bearing life and increasing fault risk.Further measures were proposed to prevent and control bearing spark discharge.
