Research on Multifunctional Vibration Inclination Angle Sensor of Self-generating Underground Drilling Tool
The vibration and inclination angle of the bottom hole drilling tool during the drilling process are important parameters to control the drilling process and trajectory, and it is necessary to monitor them in real time.A new multifunctional self-generating underground sensor was proposed based on triboelectric nanogenerators, which can simultaneously measure vibration frequency and inclination angle. The test results show that the sensor measures the vibration frequency and inclination angle in the range of 0-11 Hz and 0-90°,respectively,the measurement error is±5%,and can work normally in the working environment of 0-100℃and 0-90%humidity.Compared with traditional downhole sensors, this sensor can monitor the vibration frequency and inclination angle synchronously, effectively reducing the number of sensors, and also has the function of self-generating,which effectively reduces the pressure of underground power supply.
