带式输送机作为煤矿运输的关键装备,通过与智能化技术深度融合,成为智慧矿山建设的重要组成部分.从安全生产、可靠运行、高效运输、无人化作业 4个智能化应用场景目标出发,列举了视觉分析、全生命周期监测、智控调速、巡检集控平台等带式输送机智能化关键技术应用现状,结合现场反馈,明确在安全预警、专家库模型、输送带精准调控、无人巡检作业等方面尚存在问题.结合技术发展趋势,给出了以大数据技术与带式输送机远程运维控制中心为基础、以透明化感知应用与全矿井智能运输体系为依托、通过工业级信息交互与数据挖掘手段、实现带式输送机安全可靠高效无人化的目标,为推动智能矿山新质生产力提供支撑.
Research on Development Status of Intelligent Belt Conveyor
As key equipment for coal mine transportation,belt conveyors have become an important part of smart mine construction through deep integration with intelligent technologies.Starting from the four intelligent application scenario goals of safe production,reliable operation,efficient transportation,and unmanned operation,listed the current status of key intelligent technologies for belt conveyors,such as visual analysis,full life cycle monitoring,intelligent speed control,and inspection and centralized control platform.Combined with on-site feedback,it clarified that there are still problems in safety warning,expert library model,precise control of conveyor belts,and unmanned inspection operations.In combination with the development trend of technology,it was given based on big data technology and belt conveyor remote operation and maintenance control center,relying on transparent perception applications and intelligent transportation system for the entire mine,and through industrial-grade information interaction and data mining methods,the goal of safe,reliable,efficient and unmanned belt conveyors is achieved,providing support for promoting new quality productive forces of intelligent mine.
