Study on Dynamic Starting Characteristics of Long Distance Belt Conveyor
Taking the belt conveyor in the lower section of the main inclined shaft of a coal mine as the research object,the dynamic simulation analysis of the starting characteristics of the long distance belt conveyor system was carried out based on the AMESim software.The dynamic change law of the conveyor belt tension during the starting process was expounded and compared with the theoretical calculation results.At the same time,the dynamic responses under different starting times and acceleration curves were analyzed to provide guidance and suggestions for the setting of the starting parameters of the system.
