Research on Modal Simulation Analysis of Drop-bottom Mine Car Bogie Based on ADAMS
Bogie is an important component of mine drop-bottom car,and is used to change or restore their driving direction. To improve the static strength, fatigue strength, reliability and other performance of the bogie,SolidWorks software was used to establish a 3D solid model of the drop-bottom mine car bogie. Then, the 3D solid model was imported into the Vibration module of ADAMS software to calculate the first 19 fixed frequencies of the drop-bottom mine car bogie.Simulation analysis shows that the bogie vibration frequency forms a periodic vibration peak between 2.098 Hz and 2.347 8 Hz,leading to resonance phenomenon, and then the bogie vibration gradually tends to become gentle.Until a larger vibration peak is formed at 8.341 8 Hz compared to the previous one,and resonance occurs again.Afterwards, the bogie vibration gradually tended to be gentle. This results provide theoretical reference for subsequent optimization of bogie structure, smoothness research and improved design.
