不同采高综采工作面液压支架封闭控尘装置系列化研究

为了解决不同采高综采面液压支架降柱移架粉尘污染问题,开展了液压支架封闭控尘装置系列化研究.基于降柱移架产尘特点和液压支架结构,研发了适用于 4m以下、4~6 m、6 m、6m以上采高综采面的架间喷雾引射抽尘净化装置和拉簧式、扭簧式、滑移式液压支架防尘装置,在源头降低支架产尘90%以上.该系列装置在国能集团、陕煤集团下属多个矿井推广应用,受到矿方一致好评.
Study on Serialization of Closed Dust Control Device of Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized Mining Face with Different Mining Height
In order to solve the problem of dust pollution caused by hydraulic support column lowering and moving in fully mechanized mining face with different mining heights,a serialization of closed dust control device for hydraulic support was studied.Based on the characteristics of dust production by lowering column and moving support and the structure of hydraulic support,the inter-support spray-jet dust extraction purification device,and tension spring type,torsion spring type and sliding hydraulic support dust prevention device suitable for fully mechanized mining face with mining heights below 4 m,4-6 m,6 m and above 6 m were developed,which can reduce the dust production of support by more than 90%at the source.This series of devices have been popularized and applied in several mines under CHN energy group and Shaanxi coal and chemical industry group,and have been well received by the miners.
