Analysis of Soft Drive Technology for Belt Conveyor in Main Inclined Shaft
As the coal mining industry has been increasingly demanding high efficiency and environmental protection,the drive technology of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor is also continuously developing.Analyzed three main soft drive forms:variable frequency deceleration drive,hydraulic coupling drive,and permanent magnet direct drive.A comprehensively evaluation was conducted on the working principles,advantages and disadvantages,and application scenarios of these drive technologies,they not only improve transport efficiency but also ensure the stability and safety of the system operation,which is an important technical support for high efficient mining in coal mine.
