Mechanical Performance Analysis of Bridge Transfer Machine under Static and Dynamic Load
During operation,the bridge transfer machine is often subjected to the impact dynamic load caused by the falling coal,which poses a severe challenge to its structural strength and working stability.The basic structure and working principle of the bridge transfer machine were introduced,and the finite element model under static and dynamic load was established.The displacement distribution,stress distribution and deformation of the transfer machine under different working conditions were analyzed,which provides an important reference for the design and use of the bridge transfer machine.The research results can be applied to practical engineering to improve the reliability and service life of equipment.
