Study on Optimization of Construction Parameters of Borehole Drilling along Seam Based on Spiral Drilling Technology
In order to improve the construction efficiency of high torque spiral drilling,the optimization study of construction parameters of borehole drilling along seam based on spiral drilling technology was carried out.Firstly,the optimal parameters of the drill pipe and the maximum rotation speed of the drill pipe were determined through research:the diameter of the rod core is φ80 mm,the pitch of the spiral drill pipe is 130 mm,and the maximum rotational speed of the drill pipe does not exceed 270 r/min.Secondly,based on the combination of theoretical analysis and field test,the relationship model between drilling pressure and drilling speed,rotational speed and drilling speed under different coal seam occurrence conditions was obtained,the correlation of the model is more than 98%.Finally,based on the principle of mechanical specific energy,the 3D model results of mechanical specific energy under the coupling of rotational speed and drilling pressure under different coal seam occurrence conditions were obtained.The results confirm that there are optimal combination parameters in the process of spiral drilling in different coal seam hardness areas.
