Spot Mounting Device for Middle Slot Flexural Plate Component
The traditional scraper conveyor adopts manual spot mounting for the middle slot flexural plate component,which is caused by many human factors,large error and poor consistency.It is difficult to ensure the size and quality of the spot.Due to the structural limitations of the middle slot itself and the limitations of the measuring tools,it is difficult to detect.Therefore,an auxiliary device with simple use and accurate positioning was designed,which can assist operators to accurately spot and install the middle slot flexural plate component.The device not only ensures the size and precision of spot mounting,improves the efficiency of spot mounting of flexural plate component,but also has the function of auxiliary detection for spot mounting.
