现代设计方法在EBZ200型掘进机升级改造中的应用研究

为了提高EBZ200 型掘进机工作效率、降低工人作业强度,采用现代设计方法对该掘进机进行了掘锚护一体化改造.在计算机辅助设计装配模型的基础上,采用有限元方法和刚体动力学手段对加装的钻锚机构的力学和运动性能进行分析和优化设计.研究结果表明:采用现代设计方法在掘锚机的升级改造设计中,能够有效提高设备的可靠性并缩短开发周期,改造后的EBZ200M-2 掘锚机工作效率得到显著提升,大幅减少掘进作业面单进工作量,节省劳动力并降低了作业成本.
Research and Application of Modern Design Method in Upgrade of EBZ200 Roadheader
In order to improve the working efficiency of EBZ200 roadheader and reduce the work intensity of workers,modern design methods were adopted to carry out integrated transformation of excavation,anchor and supporting of the roadheader.On the basis of computer aided design assembly model,finite element method and rigid body dynamics method were used to analyze and optimize the mechanical and kinematic performance of the installed drilling anchor mechanism.The research results show that using the modern design method in the upgrade design of the anchor excavator can effectively improve the reliability of the equipment and shorten the development cycle.The work efficiency of EBZ200M-2 anchor excavator after the upgrade has been significantly improved,the workload of the excavation work has been greatly reduced,the labor force has been saved and the operating cost has been reduced.
