Research and Application of Modern Design Method in Upgrade of EBZ200 Roadheader
In order to improve the working efficiency of EBZ200 roadheader and reduce the work intensity of workers,modern design methods were adopted to carry out integrated transformation of excavation,anchor and supporting of the roadheader.On the basis of computer aided design assembly model,finite element method and rigid body dynamics method were used to analyze and optimize the mechanical and kinematic performance of the installed drilling anchor mechanism.The research results show that using the modern design method in the upgrade design of the anchor excavator can effectively improve the reliability of the equipment and shorten the development cycle.The work efficiency of EBZ200M-2 anchor excavator after the upgrade has been significantly improved,the workload of the excavation work has been greatly reduced,the labor force has been saved and the operating cost has been reduced.
