摘要
针对掘进巷道工况变化较大的特点,结合掘进智能化的发展趋势,开发了EBZ260 变频掘进机.介绍了该机型的结构参数和主要特点,对该机型研制过程中的关键技术问题进行总结和探讨.通过在全岩巷道的工程应用,该机型在截割生产过程中能根据岩石硬度变化自动调节变频电机输出转速和扭矩,具备截割稳定性好、截齿消耗量小、能耗低等优点.
Abstract
In view of the characteristics of great changes in working conditions of excavation roadway,combined with the development trend of intelligent excavation,EBZ260 frequency conversion roadheader was developed.The structural parameters and main characteristics of this machine were introduced,and the key technical problems in the development process of this machine were summarized and discussed.Through the engineering application in the whole rock roadway,this machine can automatically adjust the output speed and torque of the variable frequency motor according to the change of rock hardness in the cutting production process,and has the advantages of good cutting stability,small pick consumption and low energy consumption.
