摘要
无轨胶轮车失速阻拦系统已成为煤矿运输系统急需的一项保护性措施.该系统应具有可靠性高、结构简便、便于维护等特点.对传统阻拦设备的缺点进行改进,提出一种自动变载的新式阻拦系统,并对柔性阻拦的可靠性进行验证.实验结果表明,该系统可以简化阻拦设备,并对失速车辆进行柔性阻拦,防止随车人员受到刚性阻拦造成的二次伤害.
Abstract
The stall blocking system for trackless rubber wheel vehicle has become an urgent protective measure for coal mine transportation systems.This system should have high reliability,simple structure,easy maintenance and other choracteritics.Carried out an improvement on the shortcomings of traditional blocking equipment,proposed a new type of automatic load changing blocking system,and verified the reliability of flexible blocking.The experimental results show that this system can simplify blocking equipment and perform flexible blocking on stalled vehicle to prevent secondary injuries caused by rigid blocking to passengers.
