基于组态架构的综采工作面综合管控平台设计与应用

随着煤矿智能化技术不断发展,需要建设的智能化综采工作面越来越多,工作面综合管控平台应用需求也随之不断增长.然而,综合管控平台在推广过程中存在定制化需求高、界面设计及交互风格不统一等问题,导致二次开发及用户学习成本高.为解决上述问题,提出了一种基于组态架构的综采工作面综合管控平台.以综采工作面工业以太环网为数据高速传输链路,通过多种工控协议接入工作面三机一架、风水电等子系统监控点位,搭建了基于工作面多源异构数据的全场景功能组件库,利用组态编辑器导入功能组件库,并以拖拽的方式开发系统界面,最终以零代码二次开发方式实现不同综采工作面综合管控平台定制化功能.实际应用效果表明,开采人员在地面便可远程监控井下多源子系统设备点位,提高了煤矿开采效率,降低了安全事故的发生.与低代码二次开发方式相比,该平台不仅提高了系统部署及二次开发的效率,在系统界面设计风格与交互逻辑方面也达到了软件标准化推广效果,极大降低了系统推广难度和采煤用户的学习成本.
Design and Application of Comprehensive Management and Control Platform for Fully Mechanized Mining Face Based on Configuration Architecture
With the continuous development of intelligent technology in coal mines,more and more intelligent fully mechanized mining faces need to be built,and the application demand for comprehensive management and control platform of working faces is also growing.However,in the promotion process of the integrated management and control platform,there are problems such as high demand for customization,inconsistent interface design and interactive style,resulting in high secondary development and user learning costs.In order to solve the above problems,a comprehensive management and control platform for fully mechanized mining face based on configuration architecture was proposed,which uses the industrial Ethernet ring network of fully mechanized mining face as the high-speed data transmission link,and connects to the monitoring points of three machines and one support of the working face,wind,hydropower and other subsystems through a variety of industrial control protocols,and builds a full-scene functional component library based on multi-source heterogeneous data of the working face,uses the configuration editor to import the functional component library,and develops the system interface in a drag-and-drop manner.Finally,the customized functions of the comprehensive management and control platform of different fully mechanized mining face are achieved in the form of zero-code secondary development.The practical application results show that the mining personnel can remotely monitor the equipment points of the underground multi-source subsystem on the surface,which improves the efficiency of coal mining and reduces the occurrence of safety accidents.Compared with the low-code secondary development method,the proposed method not only improves the efficiency of system deployment and secondary development,but also achieves the effect of software standardization and promotion in the design style and interaction logic of the system interface,which greatly reduces the difficulty of system promotion and the cost of user learning.
