摘要

数字技术赋能高校思想政治理论课教学不是数字技术和高校思想政治理论课的简单相加,而是两者的深度融通.党的十八大以来,特别是学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会召开五年来,数字技术赋能高校思想政治理论课教学取得显著成效.数字技术赋能贯穿高校思想政治理论课教育教学始终,存在着三个关键点需要重点把握和突破:教学场景的数智化打造、教学内容的个性化供给、教学评价的科学化建构.在总结成效、把握关键的同时,也要警惕技术应用的潜在风险,即"算法失当"削弱高校思想政治理论课的价值引领功能、"技术失衡"导致高校思想政治理论课的主体关系异化、"数据失范"威胁高校师生的数据隐私和安全.为有效规避风险,加速推进数字技术赋能高校思想政治理论课教学改革创新,必须把握好"变"与"不变"的前提认知、培育师生数字素养、强化技术运行规范、善用"大思政课"铸魂育人.

Abstract

Digital technology enabling college ideological and political teaching is not a simple addition of digital technology and college ideological and political teaching,but a deep integration of the two.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,especially in the five years since the symposium of teachers of ideological and political theory courses was held in schools,digital technology has enabled the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities to achieve remarkable results.There are three key points that need to be emphasized and broken through:the digital intelligent construction of teaching scene,the personalized supply of teaching content,and the intelligent construction of teaching evaluation.While seeing the effectiveness of digital technology empowerment,we should also be alert to the potential risks of technology application,that is,"improper algorithm"weakens the value-leading function of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,"technological imbalance"leads to the alienation of the subject relationship of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and"data anomie"threatens the data privacy and security of teachers and students in colleges and universities.In order to effectively avoid risks and accelerate the teaching of ideological and political courses empowered by digital technology,it is necessary to grasp the premise cognition of"changing"and"unchanged"cultivate teachers and students'digital literacy,strengthen technical operation norms,and make good use of"big ideological and political courses"to cultivate people.
