The conditions for the creation and realization of value in the age of artificial intelligence(AI)have undergone profound changes,promoting the reshaping of the mode of labor and the transformation of the form of value.After analyzing the nature of AI production,it can be clear that the Marxist labor theory of value in the era of artificial intelligence is not outdated,living labor is still the only source of value and the worker still occupies a dominant position in the production.AI will reinforce the two sides of capital and amplify impact on employment.To proactively address the challenges posed by AI,we should adhere to the monism of living labor creating value,adhere to the human-centered value orientation,regulate and guide the development of capital,and promote the quality of employment.
