The discourse change from"the work of public communication"to"the work of public communication and culture"is a strategic adjustment of the CPC's ideological work by assuming the cultural mission of the new era,and it is a conceptual indication and a distinctive mark for enhancing cultural confidence and building a strong cultural country.It is a clear indication of the concept of strengthening cultural self-confidence and building a strong cultural country,and has rich connotations and implications.The work of public communication and culture is born with the development and growth of the Party and resonates with the people,with distinctive characteristics of the times,manifesting itself in the political attributes of flag-raising and orientation,positive incentives and value attributes of identity construction,the structural attributes of macro-micro combination and elemental synergy,and the cultural attributes of mission-led and culture-vein continuation.Discourse change is not a simple conceptual change,but a social product driven by the ideological convergence of the Marxist concept of culture,the theoretical pull of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,the practical drive to strengthen the construction of a strong cultural country,and the value shaping force to promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement out of a holistic approach.
