摘要
系统观念是具有基础性的思想和工作方法,是我们党坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义世界观和方法论的新提升.习近平文化思想坚持用普遍联系、全面系统、发展变化、开放包容的观点观察文化和文化建设;从实现民族复兴、建设社会主义现代化国家、促进人类文明进步等方面前瞻性思考我国文化建设;依据国际国内形势的变化、着眼中国式现代化进程、立足党的使命任务来全局性谋划我国文化建设;以长远性战略部署、阶段性战略举措来整体性推进我国文化建设,都蕴含并体现着丰富而深刻的系统观念.
Abstract
Systems thinking is a fundamental ideology and working method,which is a new promotion of the CPC's world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture adheres to a viewpoint that observes culture and cultural construction through a lens of universal connection,comprehensive systems,development dynamics,and openness and inclusiveness.It engages in forward-thinking considerations for China's cultural construction,aligning with goals such as realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,building a modern socialist country,and promoting the progress of human civilization.It strategically plans China's cultural construction based on changes in the international and domestic situation,the unique process of Chinese modernization,and the overarching mission missions and tasks of the Party.It involves a comprehensive advancement in cultural construction,encompassing long-term strategic deployment,stage-specific strategic measures.All of these aspects embody rich and profound systems thinking.
