The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party,which adopted the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese Modernization emphasized that we should base our further comprehensive deepening reform on the valuable experience of reform and opening up,especially the experience of comprehensive deepening reform in the new era.Through the relevant discussions in the Decision,we can see that people-centered should be the highest principle of reform.We should adhere to the spirit of the Decision by truly upholding this principle and firmly maintaining the correct political direction of socialist system self-improvement and development as the reform goal,by sticking to the starting point and the goal of promoting social fairness and justice and improving people's well-being without deviation,by focusing on achieving more obvious substantive progress in common prosperity for all people as the reform goal without deviation,and by striving to further advance the people-centered reform and Chinese modernization.
