摘要
资本主义现代化是人类历史上的伟大成就,但由于其内在的根本矛盾必然导致其只能是全人类中的少数国家和少数人口的现代化,其中包括原发性现代化及后起的依附性现代化.能够实现这种西方式现代化的人口总量迄今已达饱和.因此绝大多数走西方式现代化的国家都无可避免地遭受"中等收入陷阱"甚至"低等收入陷阱"的"现代化魔咒".历史逻辑决定了中国必须打破"现代化=西方化"的迷思,走社会主义的中国式现代化道路.这是马克思主义揭示的"两个必然"历史发展规律的现实体现,是历史赋予中国式现代化的使命.中国式现代化的五大特征正是由此历史逻辑所产生的,它将破解资本主义现代化无法解决的一系列难题、痼疾与危机,由此创造人类文明新形态,开拓人类实现现代化的新路径.而当代中国已经具备了实现这种新型现代化的主体条件与客观条件.
Abstract
Capitalist modernization is a great achievement in the history of mankind,but its inherent fundamental contradictions inevitably lead to its being the modernization of only a minority of countries and a minority of people in the whole of humanity,including modernization which emerged on an autonomous and spontaneous basis and subsequent modernization based on dependency.The total population capable of achieving such Western-style modernization has so far reached saturation.Therefore,the vast majority of countries that take the Western-style modernization will inevitably suffer from the"modernization curse"of the"middle-income trap"or even the"low-income trap".The historical logic determines that China must break the myth of"modernization equal to Westernization"and take the socialist path of Chinese-style modernization.This is the realistic embodiment of the"two inevitable"laws of historical development revealed by Marxism,and the mission of Chinese-style modernization entrusted by history.The five characteristics of Chinese-style mod-ernization are precisely the result of this historical logic,which will solve a series of problems,chronic ma-laise and crises that cannot be solved by capitalist modernization,create a new form of human civilization,and open up a new path for human beings to realize modernization.Contemporary China has already pos-sessed the subjective and objective conditions for realizing this new type of modernization.
