摘要
文化问题首先是价值问题.文化传播的最终目的是扩大主流价值观念的影响力,掌握价值观念领域的主动权、主导权、话语权,实现价值共振.在新时代新征程上,加强中国特色社会主义文化传播是实现第二个百年奋斗目标、以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求,是推进文化自信自强、建设社会主义文化强国的重要抓手,是推动构建人类命运共同体、创造人类文明新形态的题中之义.文化传播是软实力较量的关键所在.当前,西方资本主义文化渗透侵袭,制造文化同质化危机;大众文化勃兴缺少规制,加剧文化低俗化顽症;特殊群体亚文化对冲,折损主流文化建构,对中国特色社会主义文化传播造成现实挑战.担负起新的文化使命,需要我们以习近平文化思想为指导,统筹形成中国特色社会主义文化传播新格局,从国家整体利益出发,立足文化主权和文化安全,强化传播属性、坚守传播立场、形成传播特色、讲好中国故事、创新传播手段、盘活传播资源,真正发挥中华文化的影响力、感召力,从而使中国特色社会主义文化内化为全民族共同的价值信仰和思想基础,外化为推动民族复兴的磅礴伟力.唯其如此,物质上强大的中国,才能真正成为文化上强大的中国.
Abstract
Cultural issues are first and foremost value issues.The ultimate goal of cultural dissemination is to ex-pand the influence of mainstream values,obtain the initiative,dominance and discourse power in the field of values,and realize value resonance.In the new journey of the new era,strengthening the cultural dissemina-tion of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable requirement for realizing the Second Centenary Goal and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by means of Chinese-style modernization;it is an important channel in promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement and building a country with a strong socialist culture;and it is the subject pertinent to promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind and the creation of a new form of human civilization.Cultur-al dissemination is the key to the competition of soft power.At present,the infiltration and invasion of West-ern capitalist culture has produced a crisis of cultural homogenization;the lack of regulation on the rise of popular culture has aggravated the persistent problem of cultural vulgarity;and the counteraction among sub-cultures of special groups has undermined the construction of mainstream culture,posing a real challenge to the cultural dissemination of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To take up the new cultural mission,we need to be guided by Xi Jinping thought on culture,coordinate the formation of a new pattern of cultural dis-semination of socialism with Chinese characteristics,proceeding from the overall interests of the country,ba-sing ourselves on cultural sovereignty and cultural security,strengthening the attributes of dissemination,ad-hering to the stance of dissemination,forming the characteristics of dissemination,telling a good Chinese sto-ry,innovating the means of dissemination,and tapping the full potential of the dissemination resources,so as to truly give full play to the influence and appeal of Chinese culture,and thus internalize the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics into the common value beliefs and ideological foundation of the whole nation,and externalize it into the majestic power to promote the national rejuvenation.Only in this way can a materially strong China truly become also culturally strong.
