摘要
与西方现代化恪守资本逻辑、使现代生活日趋呈现出人与 自然、人与人关系的异化图景不同,中国式现代化蕴含的独特生态观植根于马克思主义生态思想,生成于人类生态文明的历史反思与现实超越,立足于中国式现代化的现实诉求与应然境界,实现了对西方生态理论的实践超越.生态正义作为生态价值体系的核心范畴,是中国式现代化独特生态观在生态文明建设中凝练的价值诉求和理性认知,是中国共产党不懈探索生态文明建设的理论升华和实践结晶.新时代,在生态文明建设中把生态正义的学理意涵转化为生态文明建设的具体实践,需要我们在践行绿色生产、绿色消费与绿色共识,产权规范、分配公平与共同富裕,生态民主、健全法制与依法治国,党委领导、政府主导与社会协同,包容互鉴、平等协商与合作共赢的辩证统一中,展现中国式现代化进程中生态正义的实践辩证法.
Abstract
Unlike Western modernization,which adheres to the logic of capital and makes modern life increasingly present a picture of the alienation of the relationship between man and nature and between man and man,the unique ecological concept in Chinese-style modernization is rooted in Marxist ecological thought,generated from the historical reflection and realistic transcendence of human ecological civilization,and based on the re-alistic demands and what it ought to be of Chinese-style modernization,which has realized the practical tran-scendence of Western ecological theory.As the core category of the ecological value system,ecological jus-tice is the value appeal and rational cognition condensed by the unique ecological concept of Chinese-style modernization in the construction of ecological civilization,and the theoretical sublimation and practical crys-tallization of the CPC's unremitting exploration of ecological civilization construction.In the new era,to translate the theoretical meaning of ecological justice into the concrete practice of ecological civilization con-struction in the construction of ecological civilization,we need to demonstrate the practical dialectics of eco-logical justice in the process of Chinese-style modernization in the dialectical unity of practicing green pro-duction,green consumption and green consensus;property rights regulation,distribution justice and common prosperity;ecological democracy,improving the legal system and governing the country according to law;leadership of the Party committee,guidance of the government and social coordination;inclusiveness and mutual learning,consultation on an equal footing and win-win cooperation.
