摘要
习近平关于发展环境的重要论述既是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,也是马克思主义发展环境理论中国化的最新成果,既有历史继承,又有时代创新.其原创性贡献主要体现在:对发展环境重要价值的新概括、对发展环境整体貌态的新把握、对发展环境演进趋势的新判断、对发展环境目标图景的新定位、对发展环境机遇挑战的新认识、对发展环境原则策略的新建构.这一重要论述开拓了中国特色社会主义发展环境理论新境界,彰显了当代中国马克思主义发展新高度,为科学研判国际国内发展大势、实现中国式现代化创设良好国内外发展环境提供了科学理论指导和行动指南.
Abstract
Xi Jinping's important discourse on the development environment is both an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist theories on the development environment,with both historical continuation and epochal innovation.Its original contributions are mainly reflected in the following:a new overview of the important value of the development environment,a new grasp of the overall state of the development environment,a new judgement on the trend of the development environment,a new positioning of the development environment's goal,a new understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the development environment,and a new construc-tion of the principles and strategies of the development environment.This important discourse opens up a new realm of development environment theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,highlights the new heights of contemporary Chinese Marxism,and provides scientific theoretical guidance and action guidelines for the scientific study of the international and domestic development situation and the creation of a favourable do-mestic and international development environment for the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
