数字经济中的非生产劳动及其与资本的关系

摘要
数字经济时代,大量劳动者依托数字平台从事非生产劳动.这些劳动既包括借助数字技术改变了原有形态而再现的传统服务劳动,也包括在数字技术作用下由"活动"转化而成的"劳动".非生产劳动的再现与新生,伴随着生产资料占有形式的改变和生产资料与劳动结合方式的改变,从而使平台资本突破传统的"资本—生产劳动"封闭关系,形成新的"资本—非生产劳动"开放关系.这一新型开放关系的形成将非生产劳动纳入资本增殖和资本积累的逻辑中,为资本追求利润最大化开辟了新路径,拓展了资本占有劳动的范围,加强了资本对劳动的实质支配.
Abstract
In the era of the digital economy,a large number of workers rely on digital platforms to engage in non-productive labor.Such labor includes both traditional service labor,which has been reproduced in a changed form compared to its original form through the use of digital technology,and"labor",which has been trans-formed from"activities"under the effect of digital technology.The reappearance and rebirth of nonproductive labor is accompanied by changes in the form of appropriation of the means of production and changes in the way of combining the means of production with labor,thus enabling platform capital to break through the tra-ditional closed relationship of"capital-productive labor"and form a new open relationship of"capital-non-productive labor".The formation of this new type of open relationship brings nonproductive labor into the log-ic of capital accumulation and capital growth,opens up a new path for capital's pursuit of profit maximiza-tion,expands the scope of capital's appropriation of labor,and strengthens capital's substantive domination of labor.
