Contemporary Context,Theoretical Underpinnings,and Practical Strategies for Boosting the Growth of New Quality Productive Forces
In the context of today's rapidly evolving world,where we are witnessing changes on a scale not seen in a century and a new wave of scientific and industrial revolution,Xi Jinping has presented the significant concept of new quality productive forces and articulated critical directives for their accelerated development.This arti-cle elucidates the multidimensional implications and main characteristics of new quality productive forces,in terms of priority,complexity,ecology,synergy,and humanism.It also explains the objective conditions and subjective motivations for speeding up the development of these forces.The theoretical logic of accelerating the development of new quality productive forces is revealed by discussing the mechanisms of driving forces such as technological innovation,industrial cooperation,demand orientation,institutional reform,and factor realloca-tion,in line with the main viewpoints of Marxist political economy.Finally,the authors propose practical ap-proaches to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces,including strengthening key technolog-ical breakthroughs,improving industrial systems,deepening exploration of application scenarios,promoting multidimensional institutional innovation,and enhancing the supply of production factors.
