三元石窟煤矿顶板淋水区域注浆封堵与锚索支护技术

传统支护技术在三元石窟煤业软岩淋水巷道中的应用效果不佳,采用注浆封堵与锚索支护工艺对巷道顶板支护技术进行改进.依托FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了 1、5、10 MPa注浆压力与 300、400、500 mm封孔长度条件下的锚索孔围岩变形量与封孔段围岩最大主应力的分布特征.在井下开展拉拔试验测试支护体力学性能,开展工业试验验证.结果表明:锚索孔围岩位移量随浆液压力的提升而增加.软弱粉砂岩条件下的注浆压力不宜大于 5 MPa.封孔长度应以围岩的裂隙发育位置作为考量标准,当裂隙发育位置位于围岩深部区域时,封孔长度应相对较长,反之亦然.封孔长度的增加有利于提升锚索的抗拉强度.在现场实施注浆封堵与锚索支护工艺的 50 d后,围岩变形基本达到稳定,且淋水现象大幅降低.
Grouting sealing and anchor cable support technology in the roof dripping area of Sanyuan Grottoes Coal mine
The application effect of traditional support technology in the soft rock leaching roadway in the of Sanyuan Grottoes Coal mine is not good.The tunnel roof support technology is improved by grouting blocking and anchor cable support technology.Based on the FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the distribution characteristics of the deformation and the maximum principal stress of the surrounding rock of the anchor cable hole under the conditions of 1,5,10 MPa grouting pressure and 300,400,500 mm sealing length were analyzed.The mechanical properties of the support were tested by drawing test in underground,and the industrial test was carried out.The results show that the displacement of surrounding rock of anchor cable hole increases with the increase of slurry pressure.The grouting pressure under soft siltstone condition should not be greater than 5 MPa.The sealing length should be based on the location of crack development in surrounding rock.When the crack development location is in the deep area of surrounding rock,the sealing length should be relatively long,and vice versa.The increase of sealing length is beneficial to improve the tensile strength of anchor cable.After 50 days of grouting and cable support,the deformation of surrounding rock is basically stable,and the phenomenon of water leaching is greatly reduced.
