MOF膜对金属离子的去除性能及机理研究进展

金属有机骨架材料(Metal organic frameworks,MOFs)具备高渗透性、高选择性、孔径可调及拓扑结构等特点,在金属离子的吸附、还原方面展现出极大优势,因此被广泛应用于MOF膜合成.本文综述了 MOF膜的合成方法及其对金属离子的去除性能,重点探讨了 MOF负载量、温度、pH值、膜通量及膜孔径等因素对MOF膜去除金属离子的影响,在此基础上归纳了 MOF膜对金属离子的吸附和过滤机理,并对MOF膜在金属离子去除方面的应用前景进行了展望,以期为MOF膜的工程化应用提供参考.
Research progress on the removal performances and mechanisms of MOF membranes for metal ions
Metal organic frameworks(MOFs),which have the characteristics of high permeability,high selectivity,adjustable pore size and topological structure,have shown great advantages in the adsorption and reduction of metal ions.Therefore,they are widely used in the synthesis of MOF membranes.In this paper,the synthesis methods of MOF membranes and the abilities of MOF membranes to remove metal ions are reviewed.The influencing factors of MOF capacity,temperature,pH,membrane flux and membrane pore size on the removal performances of metal ions by MOF membranes are emphatically discussed.On this basis,the adsorption and filtration mechanisms of MOF membranes on metal ions are summarized,and the application prospects of MOF membranes in metal ion removal are prospected.It is hoped to provide reference for the engineering application of MOF membrane.
