芝麻蒴果表型数据采集研究进展

摘要
表型是基因型和环境互作后表现出来的性状特征的总和,其包含的信息量和复杂程度远超出人类的预估.随着生命科学的快速发展,基因组学取得了巨大发展.深入挖掘"基因型-表型-环境型"的内在联系,对促进品种选育和高效栽培具有重要意义.对表型的概念及作用、芝麻蒴果表型特点、表型采集技术以及表型采集设备现状4个方面进行了综合论述,最后对蒴果表型的发展方向进行了展望,以期为芝麻蒴果表型的研究发展提供参考.
Abstract
Phenotype is the sum of the traits shown by the interaction between genotype and environment,and its information content and complexity are far beyond human projections.With the rapid development of life science,genomics has made great progress.It is of great significance for promoting variety breeding and efficient cultivation to deeply explore the internal relationship of'genotype-phenotype-environment type'.In this paper,the concept and function of phenotype,the characters of sesame capsule phenotype,phenotype collection technology and phenotype collection equipment were comprehensively discussed,and the development direction of capsule phenotype was prospected,in order to provide reference for the development of sesame capsule phenotype.
