摘要
阐述了储存条件下PE管材氧化诱导时间(OIT)性能指标的检测方法、制样方法与检测结果.通过对检测数据进行分析,并与新管材OIT经验值进行比对,研究PE管材在不同储存条件下,OIT随储存年限的变化趋势.提出OIT可作为表征PE管老化性能的重要指标,以及PE管材储存建议.
Abstract
The detection method,sample prepa-ration method and detection results of the oxidation in-duction time(OIT)performance index of PE pipes un-der storage conditions are elaborated.By analyzing the detection data and comparing it with the OIT experi-ence value of new pipes,the trend of OIT changes with storage years of PE pipes under different storage condi-tions is studied.It is proposed that OIT can be used as an important indicator to characterize the aging per-formance of PE pipes,and storage suggestions for PE pipes are given.
