山东农村居住建筑现状以及节能改造意愿调研

摘要
采用调查问卷形式,对山东农村既有居住建筑现状以及农村居民对建筑节能改造的意愿进行调研.调研结果显示,山东农村经济条件一般,房屋严重老龄化,围护结构保温性能不佳,能源利用缺乏科学合理性,节能改造程度低.农村居民对节能改造认识不足,但有比较强烈的改造意愿.对山东农村居住建筑节能改造提出建议.
Abstract
The current situation of existing resi-dential buildings in rural Shandong and the willingness of rural residents to carry out energy-saving renovation of buildings are investigated in the form of question-naires.The survey results show that the economic con-ditions in rural areas of Shandong are average,the hou-ses are seriously aging,the thermal insulation perform-ance of the envelope structure is poor,the energy utili-zation lacks scientific rationality,and the degree of en-ergy-saving renovation is low.Rural residents do not know much about energy-saving renovation,but they have a relatively strong desire for renovation.Suggestions for energy-saving renovation of rural residential buildings in Shandong are pro-posed.
